Annual Meeting was convened on January 30, 2011

Russian Community Center of Seattle (RCC) was organized in early 1952 and formally registered as a non profit corporation, in the state of Washington, in September 1952. As an American corporation, Russian Center is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, as stated in RCW 24 (Revised Code of Washington, Title 24). All corporate documents and paperwork have been maintained in English from the beginning of the organization and can be found in the archives of the Secretary of State Office in Olympia, WA.

The governance of the Russian Center is carried out by the Board of Directors, consisting of seven officers, who are elected at the General Annual Meeting, for a one-year term. The most recent Annual Meeting was convened on January 30, 2011 and new officers were elected to the Board of Directors, as listed below.
