Welcome to the Russian Community Center in Seattle website!

The Russian Community Center of Seattle was established in 1952.

The idea behind the establishment of the RCC was to allow members of various emigre groups and members of St. Spiridon and St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Churches to gather for social activities and "to meet and maintain the spirit of respect for the Russian and American culture."

Our Location

Seattle Russian Community Center is located in the Northeast Capitol Hill. The Center holds traditional Russian events and the premises can also be rented by members, groups and individuals for family celebrations, meetings and other group activities.

Lenten Luncheon on Sunday, March 25

Russian Center is pleased to announce its traditional and popular spring event - Lenten Luncheon , which is being organized by the Russian community of Seattle, jointly with members from both the St. Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral and the St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Cathedral of Seattle.

Everyone is cordially invited to come to this event, which will feature vegan food, desserts and kvas, a popular Russian beverage. Come, bring your family and friends and enjoy home made foods from Old World recipes!
